Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping time, so kindly consider non-working days when choosing your shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 72 business hours for tracking information to be updated and made available.

Shipping time for pre-ordered items is the sum of testing time, stocking time, and shipping time. The testing time for online product sales is typically 3-5 days, while the preparation takes 10-12 days. Shipping time is the same as regular orders, ranging from 10 to 20 working days.
