Return & Refund
Thank you for purchasing at onlyglow!
If you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, please reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
1.All purchased items (except swimwear, underwear, briefs, bags, and accessories) can be returned within 30 days of receiving the last package of the order.
2.Items must be unused, undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all items inside the packaging intact. Otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for all costs incurred, and no refund will be given.
3.The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
4.To return the package, you should contact customer service to obtain authorization. Any return request not authorized by customer service will not be accepted.
5.If the return address is not provided on the package, please contact the customer service team to obtain the correct return address.
6.We will allow a refund or exchange if onlyglow is responsible for shipping the wrong item/size. Once we receive the item, we will fully refund the original product price and shipping cost or resend a free replacement.
For returned or exchanged items, we need to process the refund within 3-7 business days of receiving your returned item. If more than two weeks have passed, be sure to get in touch with us immediately via our support center: email@example.com.
Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund periods are as follows:
Refunds for PayPal accounts: up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: 7-14 business days
We accept order cancellations before product shipment or production. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.
Customers need to contact our support team for return instructions and return addresses at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Our support center will reply within 1-2 working days.
