Where can I find my size?
You should find size chart on each product page description. You just need to refer to the detailed measurements to get a recommended size.
What payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal and Credit / Debit cards. When you're choosing "Payment method" after confirming your shipping address and shipping method.
Can I change/modify my shipping address/sizes?
Once you make an order from onlyglow, you will receive a shipping info confirmation email, and please make sure your info is correct at once, if you need to amend any info reach us soon. If the order is processing, the order can't be amended.
I forgot to use my discount code!
Have you made your purchase, and as the payment was loading you realized you didn't add your discount? No worries, that opportunity hasn’t slipped away! Simply email our lovely SocialShop team at support@onlyglow.shop and they will be happy to add this in for you.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchase discounts?

Delivery
Where does my order get shipped from?
Most of the orders are shipped from our warehouse in China, but we also have warehouses located in the US and Canada. Your order might be shipped from one of the three locations depending on the items you purchased.
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer free shipping on orders over US$69 after a discount.
How can I track my order?
After we send your order to the delivery company, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a "Track Order" button. This will take you directly to the delivery website so you can follow the live tracking updates!
Help, I think my order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?
Do you think your order might be lost in transit? Although the delivery company quotes us 10-20 business days for standard delivery, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. If this does happen, your tracking number may show a "delayed" delivery date.
If your order isn’t delivered within 20 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation for you.
